INFORMATION
Please Read Carefully!!!
There is a charge for services rendered for State
compliance of rules regarding state to state shipping of bonsai or plant
material. Normal charge is $10.00 per plant or bonsai. This
covers the Chlorpirifos root drench required by most states. Additional
state (yours) requirements (treatments) will add additional cost.
A State Phytosanitary Certificate can then be issued, included
in your shipment.

All orders shipped in the USA are sent UPS ground unless arranged
otherwise.
Packing and boxing is extra, actual cost apply. 2nd Day Air and Next
Day Air service is also available.
UPS
Ground Service Fees: $35 goes most East Coast, $45 goes most Mid West,
$55 goes to most California, $160 goes most Hawaii (depends on weight)
PAYMENT: Payment must arrive at the nursery before orders are shipped.
We accept CHECKS, POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, BANK DRAFTS, CONVIENCE (CC) CHECKS.
NO COD's. PLEASE EMAIL FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
ALL ORDERS RECIEVE FREE DOUBLE BOXING, PACKING SUPPLIES, ROOT DRENCH. NO 'HANDLE' FEE. TO PURCHASE, SIMPLY ADD BONSAI CHARGE AND UPS SHIP FEE FOR BILL TOTAL.
UPS
offers $100 free insurance. It is up to the customer to purchase extra
insurance if they feel it might be deserved. Extra insurance with UPS
costs $2.25 per hundred after the first $100 which is free by UPS. Add
this cost to your bonsai total.
DELIVERY TIME: Shipments are made Monday thru Wednesday only during
the summer months. Winter shipping is OK! No large plastic pots shipped,
wrapped rootball. After drop off for shipping, tracking numbers are
sent to the customer via email. Your shipment can be tracked at www.UPS.com.
